Eugène Delacroix (France):
Above is my digital painting of 'Liberty Leading the People' (French: La Liberté guidant le peuple).
It is a painting by Eugène Delacroix commemorating the July Revolution, and specifically the events of the 28 July 1830 in the centre of the capital of France. This beautiful painting evokes femininity, sensuality, leadership, courage and as well as greatness.
The influence of the paintings of Liberty had similar ideas to the building of the Statue of Liberty in US gifted by the Republic of France in the 19th Century. This is perhaps how this painting is truly magnificent.
Thanking you,
